Security

For security reasons, access to school premises is strictly regulated. Appointment requests are made per email to the person or secretariat concerned. Appointments with teachers are done via Teams unless the teacher specifically requests an appointment in situ. No visitors are allowed on school premises without an appointment (see our Meeting & visit organisation protocol for more information)All visitors (parents and others) have to check in at the security as soon as they enter school premises. The guard in charge will check if the visitor is on the list and will give them a visitor’s badge.

WOLUWE SITE

P1 & P2 pupils from Woluwe are transferred to the Evere site during the works on the Woluwe site, so please refer to section 9. Security - "Evere site" if you are a parent of P1 & P2 Woluwe.

The parents of the Nursery school are the only ones who can collect their child themselves, by accessing the Nursery building (and only this one). On presentation of their specific card (which will be put in the child’s school bag on the first day of school), they enter via the kindergarten gate which is open from 3.00 p.m. to 3.35 p.m. (except on Wednesdays and Fridays when it is open from 12.35 p.m. to 1.05 p.m.)

Primary school parents are asked to wait in the waiting area provided from 3.05pm to 3.40pm (except of Wednesdays and for P1 & P2 pupils, on Wednesdays and Fridays). After this time, if the children have not been collected, the secretariat will call the parents. Parents are asked to leave the school site as soon as possible once the child has been collected in order to facilitate the work of the guards.

 EVERE SITE

Parents are asked to wait in the waiting area provided. Classes end at 15.20, except on Wednesdays (and Fridays for Nursery, P1 & P2), and supervision is organised by the school until 15.40. On Wednesdays (and Fridays for Nursery, P1 & P2), classes end at 12.45 and supervision is organised by the school until 13.05.
Parents are asked to leave the school site as soon as possible once the child has been collected in order to facilitate the work of the guards.
