Chocolocaux, a mini-company project
We are six students from S6FR who have created a mini-company, called ChocoLocaux, within the framework of the ASBL LJE, presented in the economics class.
Our aim is to promote local craftsmanship through a tasting box of chocolates made by four local chocolatiers. We are proposing a box that combines the creations of these certified artisans, offering a veritable gustatory and gourmet journey to different corners of Brussels, the capital of chocolate.
