Climate Literacy Research in London

Last weekend, The Climate Academy students were in London to advance their research work on climate change literacy.

They now have around 1,500 responses from Brussels, Milan and London and are working towards publishing their results and analysis in an academic journal.

The work is being supported by Dr Katharine Throssel who has joined us for some our lunchtime sessions & she also joined us in London on the Monday. The students also had the opportunity to meet with Louise Turner (Executive Producer at Channel 4 News) and quiz her about different dimensions of environmental reporting in the UK.

And in the background, arguably the most important aspect of the trip, there was all the human and community development that happens over meals, on public transport and just walking around together.
